I think that policy is for reservations that ...Hi,<br /><br />I think that policy is for reservations that are not fulfilled, i.e. someone made a reservation, but somehow the title can't be located. This usually happens to older titles and not new ones.<br /><br />If a book has been set aside for someone, they have 2 weeks to pick up the book from the library.
