MP Penny Low caught fiddling with phone in the midst of National Anthem
Okay, PAP MP Penny Low was caught fiddling with her phone in the midst of the National Anthem during the National Day Parade 2011. But then does this warrant a big hoo-ha? I don't think we should be making a mountain out of a molehill.
