Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has just lost its third senior executive in less than a year. This time round, Senior VP and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Phil Hester is the one hitting the news. Henri Richard, chief of sales and marketing, left in September, and David Orton, head of the graphics unit, left in July are the other two.
