North Korea defied the world by launching its second nuclear test. This nuclear test recorded a scale of 4.5 on the Richter Scale. Russia's defence ministry estimated a blast of up to 20 kilotons that is comparable to the American bombs that flattened Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.
