Entertainment clubs try to cope with smoking restrictions

At the Ministry of Sound, one of Singapore's biggest clubs, patrons started streaming into one of the five special smoking rooms, which were constructed at a cost of almost a quarter million dollars, for their puffs at the stroke of midnight.

I cannot imagine the Pollutant Standard Index (PSI) level in the smoking rooms when all are in there puffing.
