Skip to main content url shortener adds easier copy and paste, delete existing links

Google url shortener service,, is now much improved with newly included features like easier copy and paste, and ability to delete existing links. Though it is still far inferior to other longer-standing similar service, without ability to (1) auto shorten detected link(s) and quickly generate a single or bundled shortened url for single link or multiple links respectively, and (2) publish texts to twitter, just like how can, I believe Google will make it more competitive one day.

Easier copy and paste

When a new short URL is created, the short url will be automatically set to focus and highlighted, so you can simply press Control+C (or Command+C on a Mac) to copy it.

Delete existing links from dashboard

It is now possible to select one or more short urls from your dashboard and hide them. Hidden short urls will still work for hiding simply means removing them from your own dashboard.
