Low-cost carrier Tiger Airways will begin charging for all checked-in baggage for bookings made after May 29. Those who booked before that date will continue to enjoy 15 kilogrammes free baggage allowance.

With this unwelcoming arrangement, I expect their passenger capacity to fall. Among all of the budget airlines in Singapore, I hear incidents of flight delays from Tiger Airways most. This is just going to make them more unpopular. There are more than 1 budget airlines in Singapore.
