Surfing on a Apple's iPhone 3G smartphone using its mobile Safari browser is undisputedly one of the best with its ability to zoom, scroll and navigate with one's fingers.
Lately, EMG Technology filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple Inc. EMG Technology claim that the technology the iPhone uses to surf the Web infringes on a patent submitted by themselves.
