North Korea has dropped the idea of Communism, replacing it with ‘Songun’, the principle of putting the military first. Another interesting change in the constitution is that the official form of address for the country’s leader Kim Jong-il is now referred to as ‘Supreme Leader’ from ‘Dear Leader’.
Can I say North Korea is now officially military ruled state by a ‘Supreme Leader’?
