Public Transport Council (PTC) chairman, Gerard Ee, said those who make long journeys have already benefited from relatively low fares over the years. Such commuters are now seen paying higher fares with the new "Distance-based" fare.
What is the PTC chairman trying to tell us? Payback time for long distance travellers? I do not understand.
