Former NTUC Income chief, Tan Kin Lian, is calling for a vote against the ruling party in GRCs citing the need to rid off the weakness of the GRC system. However, before the incumbent were to be voted out, the opposition parties must first reach out to the mass and prove their worthiness and capabilities to convince voters.
