This guy, Tan Jee Say, worked for Goh Keng Swee (Respect). Great Plan - the transistion to a Knowledge-Based economy, less reliance on the "sick and tired" use of foreign talents to boost the GDP figures. How many more years do I have to wait to have such plan implemented?
