Seeing how clumsy the commandos are is really getting me very angry. Why can't they engage someone to open the door professionally by using the emergency button instead of plying open the door? I bet any bus driver can do that! Why smash then windows and frighten the hijacker after first gun shot? If the hijacker's request was just to reinstate his position in the police force, why can't they say yes to it first and re-capture him again after the hostages were freed? Isn't saving the hostages the top priority?
