Poor quality most probably Dr Tan Cheng Bock team had only very limited time to upload them before they are not allowed to during the cooling off day on 26 Aug. Dr Tan's part 2 segment upload on his own personal YouTube channel was even unsuccessful. The video I am listing is from the TODAYDigital channel.
Lesson learnt: Do not hold a rally hours before cooling off day.
