Office Web Apps, the free, cloud-based viewing and editing office suite that Microsoft promised would be available to everyone. It's a decent set of basic-plus editing tools, powered by SkyDrive's generous 25 GB of free online storage space.
This is obviously a head-on against Google Docs. After reading some forums on the Internet, it seems Office Live is decent and some even reported it as more superior than Google's.
