According to an estimate by iSuppli, the materials that go into making the 16-Gbyte version of the iPhone 4 cost $187.51. Of all the many parts that make up iPhone 4, the most expensive part of the iPhone 4 is the LCD display at $28.50, or 15.2 percent of the phone's total cost.
