It seems like Profitable Plots is calling people directly to entice them into investing into "Land Banking". Are they allowed to call people up to make such solicitations since they are on MAS Investor Alert List?

Just ask them to confirm in writing what the address of their UK office is and exactly when the planning application for Concorde Village will be submitted. In fact confirm any committment made on the phone back to them in writing and see how much they squirm.
