I decided to sell away my NOL shares and be contended for a mere 10% profit after factoring in buy and sell transaction costs. The price transacted was $2.12 and was executed in the final closing seconds of today's trading.
I should buy back NOL shares when there is an opportunity - my next buy price should be lower than $2.12 so my buy transaction cost becomes nothing.
