Sold off all my Parkway Holdings shares

After seeing directors of Parkway Holdings [P27.SI] selling away tens of thousands of shares, I decided to follow these 'insiders' to sell off all of mine. Profit secured is at 71.50% :)

My question in mine is will Fortis Healthcare counter-bid Khazanah's offer? Are the actions of Parkway's directors saying something on Fortis' plan?
