WOW! If I didn't read the article titled "School fees still competitive; further hikes not ruled out" on CNA, I wouldn't have known a polytechnic diploma course in Singapore would cost about S$13,000 now. In year 1998, when I first enrolled into a polytechnic in Singapore, I remember a 3-year diploma course cost was in the range of S$6,000 to S$8,000 only.
Education in Singapore is getting very expensive now.
